Shipping and Delivery

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8+ days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. SIGMA BODY LABS is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8+ days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Order processing and shipping time: The order placed will be confirmed once the entire epayment is made and the confirmation of the payment sent to you.

The delivery time for products for domestic delivery will be 5 to 7 days.

The delivery time for treatment tables for international delivery will be 45 to 60 days depending on the shipment.

Shipping costs: Shippping costs implies to the orders from out of India. Currently we do not accept orders from Pakistan, Afghanistan.

International shipping process: Sigma will connect the buyer with the shipping agent and coordinate all process. Sigma will not be held responsible towards any damage of the goods while the shipment is done / undertaken. Buyer must ensure the insuance for such instances. The shipping time depends on the country of delivery and the shipping agent will brief all the details to this aspect to the buyer. Sigma role ceses once the payment is received and the buyer is connected with the shipping company for onwards process, but sigma will coordinate the entire process. The customs and delivery charges will be paid directly by the buyer to the shipping company.

General Shipping Rules:

Shipping of the equipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Sigma Body Labs will connect the customer with a trusted shipping agent and will coordinate the entire shipment in a transparent manner.

Cost of Shipping: The shipping cost will be borne by the customer, and Sigma will liaise with the shipping agent, who is a nominated and trusted partner for all our global shipping needs.

Shipping Updates: Regular updates will be shared by Sigma with the customer and also by the shipping agent.

Shipping Time: The shipping time will be updated by the shipping agency to the customer, and Sigma has no liability for any delays that may be due to various global conditions.

Buy online and pick up at the store: The customer has the option of purchasing online and collecting the goods at the store.

Local Delivery: Instant local delivery options are also available for delivery within India. The cost of the same will be borne by the customer, and the customer also has the option to have their delivery agent pick up the equipment after inspection and sign-off.

Missing or lost products: Sigma has no role to play in this aspect and is not liable for any damages due to lost or missing consignments. Therefore, Sigma advises customers to insure their consignments and can assist with that.

Changes to this Policy: The customers will be informed that the website reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time without notice.
